In 2005, we had more international volunteers participating in collecting stories and providing us with much needed support. We produced our second puppet show, Antar bin Shaddad and focused on making more contacts. We had many changes end of the year with a clear vision to grow our little group into something much bigger. Here is what we did in public
Feb. 22, 2005: Storytelling workshop. University of British Columbia - International House. 4:30 - 5:30, Vancouver.
Feb. 23, 2005: guest speaker: Storytelling event. University of British Columbia - International House. 12noon - 2pm, Vancouver.
Apr. 9, 2005: Multicultural Day. Montreal Children's Library, Atwater branch, starting 1pm (activities until 4pm). Toy theatre of Antar and Abla (English and French). 1200 Atwater ave. Tel: 931 - 2304.

Apr. 10, 2005: Cafe L'Esperanza. 10am, Toy theatre of Antar and Abla (bilingual). 5490 St-Laurent. (corner of St-Viateur) Metro Laurier.
June 3rd, 2005: Le Petit Théâtre de l'absolu. 7pm, Toy theatre of Antar and Abla (English/French), followed by an open forum: Storytelling and Cultural Appropriation. 5545 St-Dominique (corner of St-Viateur) Metro Laurier. (Children are welcome)
July 11, 2005: Stories from my country - Montreal Children's Library. 12 (noon) - 1pm, Cabot Square (corner of St Catherine and Atwater) Metro Atwater (for more info: www.mcl-bjm.ca/english/events.html)
Sep. 8, 2005: RadGrad Cabaret (show starts at 8:30 pm), El Salon (4388 St-Laurent - corner Marianne) - puppet theatre of Antar and Abla, plus other shoes: spoken word, music, mini-theatres, cabarets)
